Make it easy for your users to send you feedback. However, don't do that in an intrusive way (i.e. don't pop up a 'send comments' dialog box after random user operations).

Your users know better then you - don't argue against their findings, even if you think they are not using the application properly - its your fault that the application does not match the way your users think. Find out (by interviewing users) why they use it the way they do, and fix the problem that makes them use the application this way.
