Title: Senior Web Application Developer (PHP/Ruby/Javascript)
 
Located in Modiin, NeuroTrax is a dynamic Medical Technology Company developing software based products for diagnosis of cognitive function. We are looking for an experienced web application developer.  This is a hands-on programming position, and the individual should possess the ability to work independently and grow at a rapid pace.  This job represents an excellent opportunity for growth. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
 
Job Description
* Design/develop/support PHP/Ruby/Javascript web applications. Applications include Data Processing, Accounting, CRM, Sales.
* Database administration + modeling.
* Maintenance and refactoring of legacy code.
* Write documentation: SRS, SDS, STP etc.
* Provide email and telephone technical support to staff and customers.
 
Requirements
* 4-5 years experience developing web applications with Object Oriented PHP, Ruby on Rails, Object Oriented Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
* SQL and Modeling experience with MySQL.
* Experience working with an MVC framework (Rails/Django/Symfony/other) and Object-Relational Mapper.
* Linux system administration and configuration skills (working at command line).
* Good graphic layout and design skills.
* Strong writing and documentation skills.
* English an absolute must!
 
Bonus Skills & Experience
* Experience with online payment processing.
* Experience with Prototype / ExtJS / YUI / jQuery or other Javascript framework.
* Experience working in a version controlled development environment.
* Experience working under ISO or FDA regulations.
* Big Plus: Experience with Visual C++, ActiveX controls, DirectX.
