Process Groups and Sessions

A process group is a collection of one or more processes.
A process group is useful for signal handling and for wait() (both can be applied to a single process or to a group)
A process group exists until the last process in the group exits
A session is a collection of process groups
Process groups and sessions are related to the shell and to job control.
