Glade

A GUI builder that may be used to create GTK panels (windows, dialog-boxes and the like) to be displayed in GTK applications.

Stores a "project" in a file, in an XML format.

Supports source code generation (in C) for the GUI designed.

Comes with a library that enables parsing the XML file during run-time, avoiding the problems that the source code generation causes.
