There Is More Then One Way To Do It If you have a problem choosing between two methods to support some functionality and you find each method will be good for a large percentage of the target audience - try to support both methods. Allow the user to configure the GUI - e.g. choosing fonts, text color, verbosity level and other options required for accessibility. Don't support too many options - often, when one can't decide about how a functionality will behave - they turn this into an option. Too many options can sometimes be confusing - hurt most users while help only a few.
