[Haifux] sshfs in OpenVZ hosting?

Hi Eli,

Disk reading speed would be a concern for website visitors, and it is not a
real difference there.
Disk write speed would be inconvenient for making the site and uploading
material, mainly bad for webmasters, which makes it tolerable.
